Key takeaways from being involved as a member?
Kia ora! I work in Marketing and Communications for a creative agency in the Wellington CBD. We use creativity to solve problems and help improve the lives of people in Aotearoa.
Shambhala
I describe Collective Intelligence as a group of incredibly clever and loving bunch of people that support my professional growth.

It's the type of environment you don't experience in many other places because of the trust and safety created within the teams. Where you can get clean, unbiased data and information to help you move forward.

It's a place to belong, not fit in.

It's challenging and never comfortable, but done with people who support you and want to see you do well.
2 things!

1) You can never stop learning about yourself and where that can take you is exciting!

I've loved seeing how this shows up for myself and for my team members over the last 8 years of membership.

2) It takes courage to be a leader in New Zealand right now. There are complex issues hitting us and I don't think people can (or should) do it alone. We need clever, open, trusted spaces where we can connect, push and grow with each other. That's why this kaupapa is so important.
